Steps to Ordering Custom Printed Envelope Addressing on LCI Paper
1. Choose an Envelope
Begin by choosing your envelopes. We have hundreds of top quality, top trend wedding invitation envelopes to suit every taste and need.

2. Enter Quantity
Enter the quantity you need printed (in quantities of 25).
3. Select the Customize this Design Button
Scroll down and click the “Customize this Design” button to order your envelopes printed.
4. Select Print Location and Options
Choose your print location and printing color options. We can print the following:

- Front Center – Same address every envelope (for wedding response envelopes)
- Return Address – Same address back flap of every envelope
- Guest Addressing – Different address every envelope
- Guest Addressing + Return Address – Different address every envelope + back flap return address (free)

Check the Custom Layout box if you would like LCI Paper to do a custom layout and/or address data merge for you and the Physical Proof box if you’d like a physical proof sent to you prior to approval.
Click Next when you are ready to proceed.
5. Select Your Addressing Style
Select one of our premade envelope addressing designs or choose to design your own in our new system and then click Next.
If you selected Custom Layout in the previous step please disregard.
6. Upload or Enter Your Address(es)
For Front Center or Back Flap Return Addressing Only
You will format your return address in the next step.
For Guest Addressing
A window will open.
There are two ways to enter your addresses:
1. Download the Addressing Template – Faster

- Download the template by clicking the link as shown. A spreadsheet will download.
- Open the spreadsheet and fill out with your recipients’ addresses*
- Re-import the complete spreadsheet
- Enter your return address

*Important Note Do not change column names, add columns or change the file format of the spreadsheet (.csv) or it will not import correctly.
2. Type Each Address Individually
If you prefer not to work with a spreadsheet, you can also type each address in individually as shown. Be sure to write down your address list reference number so you do not lose your work.
Select the method in which you wish to upload your guest addressing information. by clicking the Addressing Spreadsheet Ready to Go or Enter addresses individual option. You will format your return in the next steps.
7. Customize Your Design
Start by entering your desired return addressing on the back flap of the envelope. Next customize the font and color of your addresses in the design portal. Press the Save & Continue button to move on to the next step.
If you checked the Custom Layout box, you can disregard this step. You will receive a link to upload your custom graphics and/or fonts after checkout.
8. Review Your Proof
Click the purple Download Preview PDF button to download your PDF proof. Review your proof. If everything looks good, return to your browser. Envelopes will print exactly as shown.
If You Send us Custom Fonts or Graphics
If you send us fonts and graphics to use, we will email you a digital and photo proof for your approval.
9. Sign to Approve & Add to Cart
Fill out the forms to approve your order and then add to cart. Checkout whenever you are ready.
Print and Ship Time
Your envelopes will print and ship within 5-6 business days of your proof approval.
