How Do I Track My Order?

When your order ships, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you with instructions on how to track your package. You can also track you package in your account (if logged into your account at time of purchase) or from our Track Orders page.

There are some reasons why tracking information may not populate:

  • The shipper’s system has not updated. Typically within 24 hours information will start to populate.
  • The package shipped USPS First Class Mail. The Post Office assigns a shipment number but does not track First Class Mail.
