LCI Print Service: Proofs and Revision Policy
At LCI Paper, our print service includes a complimentary digital proof (excluding physical proofs) and one round of revisions at no extra cost. This ensures that your printed items meet your exact specifications before going to print.
We do offer physical printed proofs for an additional charge. If you would like to order a printed proof of your item prior to your order being approved and printed, you can do so by selecting the check box under the Physical Proof section of customizing your item.
Additional Revisions
If you require additional proofs beyond the first revision, these will be charged on a time and material basis, with a minimum fee of $20 per round. This applies to changes in wording, layout, color, item specifics, or quantity.
Material Changes and Cancellations
Requests that significantly alter the order will necessitate a cancellation, and cancellation fees will apply. If you have any questions, comments or concerns, please reach out to the print department by emailing them at [email protected].
