When Will My Order Ship?

In most cases if we receive your order before 3pm EST, Monday through Friday, your order will ship the same day from our Hudson, MA distribution center.

Items that ship from an alternate location, items that have customization, including, but not limited to, personalization, special cutting, scoring or special requests will not ship the same day. If you are on a tight time schedule contact us for details before ordering.

If the item(s) ordered are not in stock, have to be received in from an alternate location or if we anticipate a production delay we will send you a support email and/or call you if we have a phone number. We will advise you of the situation so you can make a decision, if you want to wait, substitute or cancel the item or order. We will do our best to ship as soon as possible after the situation has been settled.

 

Will you upgrade my shipping due to order delays?

LCI Paper will ship your order the same way as you selected at the time of ordering. If we can’t ship your order immediately for any reason, we do our best to contact you quickly so that you can make an informed decision on how you want your order processed. LCI Paper will not be responsible for delays due to out of stock items or failure to hear back from customers.

Can I pay to upgrade my shipping method?

Yes, you can upgrade your shipping method as long as your order has not been processed, packed, or shipped. Please contact LCI Paper to discuss your options. All additional costs and payments are required before shipping.
